Exporting Portal Data
Introduction
Inventory and auditlog data can be exported from the portal in a variety of formats, including PDF, XLS and CSV. There are buttons available on many portal screens, including Auditlog, Inventory, Reports and Logins, that provide easy access to one of these formats.
The export buttons available depend on the portal screen displayed - sometimes, not all export buttons are available, meaning it's not always possible to export in the desired format with a single click.
In the list below, the buttons labeled Full CSV Export will always export the full inventory, regardless of any filter or subsetting currently applied.
If you need a filtered list or subsetting in CSV format, the easiest way to obtain it is to export using the Simple XLSX Export button and then open in a suitable spreadsheet application and save as CSV.
